Exclusive restaurants and bars Gran Meliá Colón
Discover the unique flavours and aromas of Andalusian cuisine through the great choice of dining options at El Burladero, El Tendido and The Majestic restaurants.
The well known traditional Spanish tapas were invented in Seville. For fifty years, The Majestic, origin of the Gran Meliá Colón, served the best tapas in Spain. Today the tradition is reborn in the popular El Burladero bar-restaurant, where you can try the best traditional Andalusian tapas with a surprising modern twist.
The chef, Javier Rico Martín, well known for his ability to combine traditional recipes with the latest techniques, reinterprets the culinary tradition of southern Spain from a very personal perspective, satisfying even the most discerning tastes.
The lobby – known as El Albero, the name given to the sand in the bullfighting arena – is the central focus of the hotel. Under a stunning modernist dome and in an elegant and intimate atmosphere, it offers the start of an unforgettable evening. The Gran Meliá Colón provides delicious dining options for a unique and innovative gourmet experience.
